This Privacy Policy is in two parts. Website Information Practices covers how we handle data connected to this website (appointment requests, cookies, analytics). Notice of Privacy Practices covers how we handle protected health information once you become a patient, as required by HIPAA.
Website Information Practices
Appointment requests
This website does not have an appointment or contact form of its own. When you choose an office and click "Book online", you leave this site for a secure booking page run by Adit, the practice's scheduling and patient-communication service. The information you enter there (your name, contact details, and appointment preferences) goes directly to Adit and to the office you chose, under a HIPAA business associate agreement between the practice and Adit. This website never sees, collects, or stores it. Adit's own privacy practices apply on its pages.
What this website itself collects
Nothing about you personally. Cloudflare, which hosts the site, keeps standard short-term server logs (IP address, browser type, pages requested) for security and reliability. Cookies and analytics are described in the next section.
Cookies and analytics
This site does not currently use any third-party analytics or advertising trackers. The only cookie we set is a server-side admin login cookie, which is not present for patient-facing visits.
Email handling
This website does not send email to patients. Appointment confirmations and reminders come from Adit and from the office you booked with.
Children's privacy
Our website is not directed at children under 13, and we do not knowingly collect personal information from children under 13 through this site. Parents who believe their child has provided personal information through our site can contact any of our offices to have it removed.
Your choices
You can:
- Skip online booking entirely and call any office to schedule; nothing about you passes through this website.
- Ask the office to correct or delete information you gave them when booking, by calling any office.
- Opt out of analytics tracking via your browser settings.
Changes to this policy
We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. The "Effective" date at the top of this page reflects the most recent material change. Continued use of the site after a change constitutes acceptance of the updated policy.

The section that follows is the practice's HIPAA Notice of Privacy Practices, which governs how we handle protected health information (PHI) once you become a patient. It is separate from the website privacy policy above.
This practice is required, by law, to maintain the privacy and confidentiality of your protected health information and to provide our patients with notice of our legal duties and privacy practices with respect to your protected health information.
